1. This is ridiculous.I'm new, just downloaded, registered and it doesn't recognized my log in info😣,,,I'm back to add more to this app, still not working, I already reset my password, I was able to log in for a few times, but then again the display,,, SOMETHING WENT WRONG, TRY AGAIN LATER"😩, over and over again ,same thing even on the full site, what's wrong, is so annoying, can't use it!!Always have problem, always say my password wrong and ask me to reset.
2. I'm not sure what updates were made, but they broke the app.How are people supposed to use their coverage if nothing works? Tried the app AND 3 different browsers on 2 different PCs and I have yet to be able to access the medical providers list or my vision coverage.
3. For how much we pay I think it's reasonable to expect to be able to access this information!!!! It's been over a year since Highmark took over and their website and app are both terrible.
4. Keeps saying "Oops something went wrong" and after pressing OK, it will not accept my login credentials even though they work in Windows.
5. I'm updating it to 5 stars because IT support was able to get my account login working again.
6. Several pages/links don't work at all and it is rare that I can access the info I need.It's a terrible app.
7. I've been trying to use this app for almost 2 years and this problem hasn't been fixed.Terrible experience.
8. Only problem now is that biometric login doesn't work.
9. Regardless if I try to log in via the app or direct website, I am told to keep resetting my password! The app and website don't reflect each other.
10. Constantly logs out, even when switching to another screen within the app, it logs out and you have to sign back in... we shouldn't have to keep signing in whilst using the app.
11. Match quiz option does not work at all, just a blank screen.
