1. After i corrected in profil required to fill fields(Firefox), still it showed error but in mobile i saved!I think it's a total scam! I have applied to so many positions but within few days I get notification that these positions are not available anymore even though in the application it shows the job was posted 2/4 hours ago! So not sure how the application works and how authentic the job postings are.Excellent interface, easy to use, navigate and also very intuitive.

2. Usually it happens when i open an annonce from gmail in the app, i read it and go back on main page (list of offers) and it's impossible to read white text on white background (or black on black).

3. 1-st: I use mobile application, i was logged in yesterday and today i am logged off! When i search how to login, i cannot find! But this should be easy! 2.

1. Fix Hellowork Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hellowork: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hellowork App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hellowork" » Open Hellowork : Recherche d'Emploi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hellowork » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hellowork : Recherche d'Emploi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hellowork servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hellowork : Recherche d'Emploi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hellowork app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hellowork might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hellowork. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hellowork then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hellowork not working

2. Fix Hellowork Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hellowork be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hellowork not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hellowork may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
