1. I'd like to be able to use the app on a larger device since the mixer's slide controls are so sensitive on my phone and so hard to control on the smaller screen.Jerks! Why does this app ONLY work if you have location services enabled and allowed.

2. Pressing the equalizer profile buttons - “FLAT”, “SPECIAL” “MUSIC” and “PERFORM” does nothing – i.e. they the UI doesn’t enable/disable the profile button and the graphic equalizer settings don’t change.

3. I'll happily share the screen shot showing this if you give me an email to send it to.Has ANYONE gotten this app to work successfully? Worked at first and I really liked the EQ function, but no longer connects to my speaker.

4. Also I do not understand how to bring this back up after I shut the music and the speakers off until next use, because when I turn the speakers back on and open the app only one spaeker is shown instead of 2, and the app does not work right anyway at that point.

5. My tablet was able to pair with the EON One Compact via Bluetooth, but I am unable to access the app's mixer from my tablet.

9. Sometimes, removing the battery works, sometimes it doesn't.App works okay (so far) on my phone but won't open on my tablet.

10. The JBL Eon Compact speaker would not be near as good without this app.

11. The app won't move past the enable location for the app and locations services on the phone before using any function of the app.

1. Fix JBL Compact Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JBL Compact Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JBL Compact Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JBL Compact Connect" » Open JBL Compact Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JBL Compact Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JBL Compact Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JBL Compact Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JBL Compact Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JBL Compact Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JBL Compact Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JBL Compact Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JBL Compact Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JBL Compact Connect not working

2. Fix JBL Compact Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JBL Compact Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JBL Compact Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JBL Compact Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
