Cambridge Connect Customer Insights

1. I appreciate the response from Cambridge and have installed Streammagic - seems better already!Very disappointed to see that the app or the Cambridge Audio system has been downgraded by the firmware update at the end of January 2021.

2. When is this issue going to be properly addressed? The supplied remote does not make it easy to access tracks stored on hard drive, so with a rubbish App, the whole system has massive potential, but close to zero functionality.

3. Please address this.Overall it works, however like other reviewers have stated it doesn't live up to the quality of their audio product.

4. Given the product is a streamer and sure there is an excellent dedicated remote, having an app that meets the demands of the product isn't an optional extra it really is mandatory.

5. I'm also having some issue with the volume control as it says it can't be changed with the current settings, however it worked earlier without any setting change, so not sure if that's me or the app.

6. The receiver itself it's excellent but I think the app let's it down due to poor responsiveness and integrationCorrection (from1 to 3 stars): After using this app over several days it would be more than fair to speak about the positive properties also: The app is 100% stable.

7. You can control your music from the phone's lock screen and while in other apps by pulling down the notifications panel.

8. For example I am quite satisfied using a Plex server implemented on a raspberry 4, connected to a ssd.

9. The missing filter features of the app can then be compensated by using several mediatheks within the plex server.

10. Adopt Agile development practices guys and make it worthwhile! As it is, I only fire it up every few months to see if there's been an update... invariably, there hasn't.

11. I've been using the app for over 2 years now and apart from being a little basic it is perfectly functional.
