1. But now the app has issues finding my party box 310 that is playing my music making it hard to disable any equalizer, bass or light effects that are happening because the app fights the button inputs of the speaker.
2. Other then that this app is awesome! the party box 310 is all around better than the 300I got an update from Samsung in December and now the app can't see the speaker even though it's paired and plays audio.
3. Overall, when it does connect, the app works fine.Just get a 310! This app is honestly very good, took less than 5 seconds to find my speaker and connect to it.
4. Well, it did used to be better, but since the last two software updates, I find I can longer pair two speakers via the app - the only way it can be done now is at the back panel of each speaker.
5. For a $500 speaker and a free app I would suggest forget the app and go with the speaker, IT WILL BE MORE CONVENIENT THEN USING BOTH!I'm a great fan of JBL PartyBoxes per se, and this app is pretty decent.
6. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset the speaker, rebooted the phone, dropped and re-paired the speaker.
7. All the features are awesome too! All the light options are great and I like how you can turn the strobe lights off now.
8. I paired it with my Galaxy tablet and the app works fine so I thinks it's a software issue with my phone.
9. The only thing I noticed that there is no switch off for the light of speaker.
10. I hope there is a way to go back to the old firmware (I tried to hard reset the speaker, and it didn't work).
11. You can control pretty much everything right from the app the only thing I would like to see added is the ability to turn the speaker on and off from the app as well.
Hello,
I am trying to connect or pair the JBL Partybox 310 to the JBL Partybox app using a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. The app displays searching for product before it times out, never connecting. I had no problem pairing the JBL Partybox 310 to my phone but app will not pair with speaker. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
