1. But fails to update firmware with message of "Connection lost".You a***oles...why are you wasting our time if it is buggy software...earphones are connected via bluetooth.but saying connection lost while updating itself.Can't seem to update this firmware, as it says it lost connection.

7. Had 0.0.1187.0 version on my Tune125BT, updated to 0.0.1188.0 (although it required several dozens of tries, often with 0.0.0.0 version).

8. SOUND SEEMS WORSENED: everything became hollow/booming, violins and flutes destroyed.Fixed 215BT disconnect after 15 sec standby.

9. Had to prevent standby by playing some background audio during the upgrade because it takes more than 15 sec.Doesn't work.

10. Update was installed alright.

11. However, the connection is not lost.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix JBL Firmware Update Issues

  4. Check JBL Firmware Update app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JBL Firmware Update might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall JBL Firmware Update. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JBL Firmware Update then reinstall.
