1. Through your mobile device, you can now conveniently update firmware version in your JBL Firmware Update app, but no supporting other features.
1. But fails to update firmware with message of "Connection lost".You a***oles...why are you wasting our time if it is buggy software...earphones are connected via bluetooth.but saying connection lost while updating itself. Can't seem to update this firmware, as it says it lost connection.
2. Update: I got the Update installed, but the app forgot that I installed the Update and wants new to reinstall it again! When we will the fun end? And now it says I'm up to date... 😒It cannot be done because I constantly got the lost connection error, which is not true.
3. It can see the earphones, I try to update, it is showing "0%" for a few seconds and then says "we lost connection to your headphones".
4. App correctly detects battery level, but says current firmware is 0.0.0.0 (!), and that an update to 0.0.1183.0 is available - but it always fails.
5. Thought it worked, but everytime I reconnect the headset, reverts to old firmware as it was never updated.App installed.
6. It keeps saying that the headset has a firmware of 0.0.0.0. Not the case.It doesn't work.
7. Had 0.0.1187.0 version on my Tune125BT, updated to 0.0.1188.0 (although it required several dozens of tries, often with 0.0.0.0 version).
8. SOUND SEEMS WORSENED: everything became hollow/booming, violins and flutes destroyed.Fixed 215BT disconnect after 15 sec standby.
9. Had to prevent standby by playing some background audio during the upgrade because it takes more than 15 sec.Doesn't work.
10. Update was installed alright.
11. However, the connection is not lost.
