1. There were many other issues, and all in all, I'd say I installed this app, figuring it would make it easier to search Guitar Center on my phone, but the exact opposite happened.The app constantly crashes and navigating the search feature is an absolute nightmare.

2. Battery Saver mode messes with this app, as images for the daily sales won't appear, nor will any other tab (Account, Shop, etc.). Typing in searches and navigating the selection parameters when using Sort & Refine also need serious work.

3. One of the times I did manage to get into the app to search for something, the search feature kept opening and closing my phones keyboard and never ended up searching for the product.

4. the app also closes at random, but seems to happen most when backing out of a search, then entering a new product, it'll stall for about 15 seconds then close.

5. When you search for something it pulls up all the product listings but then immediately brings up the keyboard and search window.

6. photographs of products are ideal; what you see on your screen is completely on point...the very definition of "what you see is what you get." Unlike most app versions of websites this one is optimized for a smooth experience AND retains all the features of the web browser version/desktop site.

7. The images of products take a long time to load, and if you want to sort them from lowest price to highest price, the option never loads to be able to sort it.

8. If you press back on your phone or on the website it doesn't take you back to the listings it takes you back to the HOME PAGE.

9. When I try to search for a specific product, the app just crashes.

10. With that, often when I clicked on an item, there would be no image shown, despite when searching on my phone's web browser, I could find the same item with a picture.

1. Fix Guitar Center Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Guitar Center: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Guitar Center App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Guitar Center" » Open Guitar Center: Shop Music Gear » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Guitar Center » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Guitar Center: Shop Music Gear app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Guitar Center servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Guitar Center: Shop Music Gear" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Guitar Center app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Guitar Center might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Guitar Center. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Guitar Center then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Guitar Center not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Guitar Center be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Guitar Center not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Guitar Center may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
