1. They advertise the best deals with one catch: They don't carry the advertised items in stock! But you won't know until you've bought the items, then you'll wait endlessly until you get an email letting you know that the items are out of stock, at which point they try to switch you by suggesting that you exchange your item for something else similar, and even if there isn't anything similar, they will then offer a store credit.
2. Advertising out of stock items is ILLEGAL and UNETHICAL!Pros: Customer service is pretty good (I always got a reply back) Free shipping on most (this varies from country) The more items I have in the cart the cheaper the shipping (it varies with different items you have in cart together and on country) Cons: Items can discontinue on you without notice or reason.
3. They sell some really cool items and have really good prices, but what does it matter if you never receive any of the items you order?App is fine but I don't see much price difference from amazon which is obviously much better in every way.
4. The first item I ordered was shipped to a completely different address in the wrong state! The second item just never showed up, the last tracking info was that it ws on its way from customs to the post office.
5. DO NOT USE THIS APP!! By the way, I also lost the opportunity to buy the same item (a OnePlus 6T phone) from another store here in the U.S. that had a good sale, because GearBest had a better sale (But for an item that they don't have).

Now, if you're lucky enough to have remembered to pay with PayPal, then you're in good hands, because you can get a full refund, but if you paid with your credit card, then you risk - according to many online posts - not getting a refund, but you still get the credit, which means you're still in the hook to buy from them.
7. Their points system seems interesting at first, but look again: they limit the maximum payout to a 'discount' of 10-30% the item's total cost.
8. Dxextreme, banggood and aliexpress are superior to this company.I placed an order for an item, and got charged for it.
9. My only real complaint is that it doesn't let me "share" product links for some reason on my note 8 pro.The app itself is very good, it allows me to navigate through the products and categories.
10. That's normal, the item doesn't ship for over a month, no help or communication from seller and no help from support.
11. I have ordered two items from Gear Best, on two separate occasions, roughly 2 months apart.
