1. I do have an issue with trying to save my biolife plasma pay card to my account which is an inconvenience, but other than that everything else is great! It's easy to look through and choose available items, you can pick it up or have it delivered, make payments, etcI like the app I just don't like that u can not choose an amount that you want to pay on your account/bill, it makes u pay the full amount and sometimes people don't have the full amount but want to be able to pay something so the phone calls that come every single day will decrease atleast to maybe like once a week, but you don't have that option on the app.This ap used to be great I loved it.

My TV now has to rest against my wall.My experience with Rent-A-Center manager and one special employee he knows who he is they are both wonderful people and so wonderful to me my experience with Rent-A-Center is they put up with me and they take the time to help me with any problem I have with anything I rent from them they are terrific they're very helpful and I would recommend Rent-A-Center to anyone good work guys use our terrific keep up the great work thanks for all your help always .

I'd recommend rent a center for all household furnishings for ppl who can't afford to pay full price at one time.I loved using the app and the store, but the Manager at the time broke one of the legs on the TV while moving it in and told me that he would either find me a replacement, or just another tv for the same price, but Nothing was ever done while I was paying for it.
4. I live on a stretch of 7 miles dirt road so I don't want to have to clean it before I use it and as far as a TV I don't want it bouncing or fill of dirt,other than that most the time I get good customer service.
5. I Rate the store Manager Tony in Mccomb, MS a 5⭐ , and Cass they have excellent customer service 💯 .
6. Unable to change to pay a higher amount then the predetermined agreement amount, when you go in person to pay extra towards your agreement they act like they have to override their entire system and extend your due dates.
7. The last update messed up the whole app and now it sucks! I even sent in feedback when it crashed and told the manager at the store about it.The app is pointless.
