1. As expensive as Eastbay is, you'd think they'd have a MUCH better app! It never seems to be current! Items are listed but once an order is submitted, it takes 3 or 4 days for them to let you know the item is "sold out", and to cancel your order! This has happened to me 3 or 4 times now! It also messes up CONSTANTLY, which isn't a huge thing, but SO annoying to deal with EVERY time you try to use the app! Id rather just go to the website, instead of using the app!App gives all kind of errors when searching and filtering for shoes.
2. (I.e: searching Chrome, logging into your Eastbay account, and just having instant access) but if the app is as big a problem as this one (its extreme) then its honestly just easier and way more time conserving to just use Chrome to begin withHorrible App Womens continues to say an error code, practically everything I click on says "something went wrong" or "the item is out of stock".
3. Now i have to wait for the order,return it and wait for a refund.Ordered shoes and got the confirmation email only to wait 2 days and be told they don't have them anymore.. They show so many shoes on their app that they do not even have in stock.
4. You will get a notification on your phone to alert you of coupons, but you literally cannot successfully browse and shop on this application at this time .The only time I was able to sign in was around 2012 when I first installed this app.
5. I stopped ordering from Eastbay when they stopped mailing me catalogs because you can't sign into your account, and they haven't corrected this in almost a decadeNothing works on this and all Footlocker brand apps.
6. Was told i "accidentally" hit the place order button twice by customer service.
7. Side note, why are you advertising your app and the ability to download within the app that the user has already downloaded? All around terrible.Much easier to just log into my eastbay on Chrome.
8. The app makes it even more easy to browse, order, and make your wish list of kicks or the most fly clothes.
9. They sent me an email confirmation of the order, that did not show the additional order.
10. This app lags way to much when I try scrolling to long to find something! Having the app is great for the convenience and saving time.
