1. Reliable, and easy to maneuver through, not complicated to enter my time, are review later and get approve along side my sister as representative.Most of the time it works as intended def check that it was received not just approved bc I haven't been paid due to a glitch where my time was approved but not received and if I hadn't noticed no one called or emailed to alert me and it's been awful trying to get my check while u have bills and now late fees due....I clocked in and out yesterday just fine, but today it won't let me clock in or out.

2. Then, when approved and signed off, it takes an excruciatingly long time to update the entries and these last two items are not fixed!! I just sat here for 20 minutes waiting for the app to update entriesI'm not sure if it's an issue with Android compatibility, but this app has NOT been a good experience.

3. it's been horrible since the update it keep saying Geolocation need to be enabled this update is not working!!Lately it's been asking me to update geolocation, not allowing me to complete entering time.

4. Sometimes clutters the list of time entries needing employer review with old entries that have already been approved and paid.

5. Still slow to load the time sheet folder, but other than that, after using it a few times, I can say this is a significant improvement over the previous version of the app.App is HORRIBLE since the latest update.

6. The support staff are nice and try to help but there is only so much they can do I guess 🤷 ♀️.Very frustrating this app won't take my info, asks several time for info, don't think this is user friendly.

7. Updated 2/16/20: Update is a huge speed improvement, and allowed me to delete the old entries that cluttered my list of recent entries.

8. My first time using it (over a year ago) they mixed up my timesheets and ended up overpaying me...so I had to pay them back.

9. to small or having to pay for for mine to put in info and time sheets exc... just wanted to let you know my thoughts.

10. Then it duplicated time entries.

11. Now, I'm at the point where I have to delete and redownload the app every single time I input a new shift.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GT App Issues

1. Fix GT App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GT App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GT App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GT App" » Open GT App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GT App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GT App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GT App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GT App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GT App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GT App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GT App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GT App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GT App not working


2. Fix GT App Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GT App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GT App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GT App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
