1. Green Mountain is awesome, I dealt with Patrick in their solar department for my solar panel system, I LOVE IT.At first I thought it was going to be a good app but now I dont think so because it won't let me sign in, keeps saying " something went wrong try again".

This app always worked great beforeDecently very very well from you my thumb accidentally hit the wrong button when I was trying to pick it up o I still want to keep getting emailsApp is okay but somehow charged me three times for my current bill and now I'm jumping through so many hoops to be refunded.

I don't even know if it is possible but, I do wish I had the ability to see what my solar panels were credited as well as what I used in grid electricity on a daily basis... but this is a wish list item and otherwise this app functions smoothly and satisfactorily.When I try to use the app, it keeps kicking me out whenever I try to press a page to open.

4. Needs to be fixed..Has never (not has their web site), in the past multiple years of usage, displayed the current contract/plan information, like EFL, actual price per kWh instead of the dumb "estimate at 2000 kWh usage", and won't let you save a PDF of a bill.

5. I've had so many problems with this company holding my money it's ridiculous I would have switched services long ago if I did my research and didn't get into a contract with them.Been waiting for this for so long! Awesome app.

6. Please fix the issue! MY SERVICE STARTED TWO DAYS AGO AND IM ALREADY HAVING ISSUES WITH Green Mtn energy.6-1-23 I have to update every week.

7. BUT, They NEED to add a, "save user name or remember me" option on the login page.

1. Fix Green Mtn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Green Mtn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Green Mtn App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Green Mtn" » Open Green Mtn » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Green Mtn » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Green Mtn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Green Mtn servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Green Mtn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Green Mtn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Green Mtn might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Green Mtn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Green Mtn then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Green Mtn not working

2. Fix Green Mtn Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Green Mtn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Green Mtn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Green Mtn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
