1. Works but doesn't allow screenshots (If you want to dispute issues with screenshot proof) also they jump around with the figures of how much available to spend which is odd to read as they process transactions.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Amscot MoneyCard Issues

1. Fix Amscot MoneyCard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Amscot MoneyCard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Amscot MoneyCard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amscot MoneyCard" » Open Amscot MoneyCard » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amscot MoneyCard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Amscot MoneyCard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amscot MoneyCard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amscot MoneyCard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Amscot MoneyCard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amscot MoneyCard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Amscot MoneyCard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amscot MoneyCard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amscot MoneyCard not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amscot MoneyCard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
