1. Thank youThe price listed on the coupon had not been updated, according to GoodRx customer service, and I was charged more than double what was showing.

2. $9 instead of $30? Hell yeah!Great amount of options (e.g., can save coupons for later, have the coupon texted/emailed to you, etc.), it always returns a large amount of locations, and has an extremely simple yet somewhat elegant interface.

3. Ultimately, it was still less than using insurance but frustrating that I chose to have my prescription filled where I did, which was not as convient, because it was showing much cheaper than other locations.I used to love this app.

4. It used to show the Kroger plan cost and just the regular GoodRX cost, now it's not showing me nearly as many options.

1. Fix GoodRx Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GoodRx: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GoodRx App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GoodRx" » Open GoodRx: Prescription Coupons » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GoodRx » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GoodRx: Prescription Coupons app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GoodRx servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GoodRx: Prescription Coupons" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GoodRx app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GoodRx might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GoodRx. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GoodRx then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GoodRx not working

2. Fix GoodRx Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GoodRx be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GoodRx not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GoodRx may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
