1. Feh!This app is a joke! I got a prescription for Tobrex thru Good RX for $6.56, and the SingleCare app had the same prescription for $231.00! Are you kidding me? Where does SingleCare get their prices? Stick with Good RX and don't download this app! I'm uninstalling this price gauging app!SingleCare is great.

2. From my experience, SingleCare is the one one with the a bigger price difference for my particular meds.I love the app! I was going to use GoodRx but found out that they data mine like CRAZY.

1. Restart SingleCare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SingleCare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SingleCare" » Open SingleCare - Rx Coupons » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SingleCare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SingleCare - Rx Coupons app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SingleCare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SingleCare - Rx Coupons" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SingleCare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SingleCare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SingleCare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SingleCare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SingleCare not working
