Why should I report an Issue with ReSound Control?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of GN Resound to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. So here's a resolution offered by ReSound, buy another devise; a Phone Clip+! (Another $275+) What is a phone clip and why do I need to buy something else to make hearing aids YOU advertised as being smart phone compatible work? Why was this item not included when I was spending thousands of dollars? With ReSound's incredibly short list of "compatible" smart phones, would this clip even work on my hearing aids and cell phone? Only one way to find out.... Spend hundred of dollars and hope for the best.I have to go buy the sound clip??? That sucks.

2. Won't be ReSound next time!BUYER BEWARE! ReSound Hearing Aids are extremely expensive and advertised with smart phone compatibility.

3. Also I can no longer stream from mobile to phone clipJust got a resound hearing and wanted the app to control settings in my hearing aid only to find that I can't do that and you want me to buy an extra bit of tech to connect for phone calls.

4. It doesn't need the phone clip, has amazing flexibility to customize settings (the VA was even able to "turn on" additional settings for me) and it also works fine with the TV steamer.

5. Using The Multi Mic and other kit both hearing aids are linked to devices, however the app only shows 1 aid linked, I can reset the links but will only show either the left or right aid as oinked but not both.

6. Maybe ReSound want customers to buy full kit for hearing aids.

7. I'm highly disappointed.Writing this on behalf of someone else who had ReSound hearing aids on trial.

8. Yet another piece of equipment for me to lose or break or drop in the toilet!!! I haven't uses my hearing aids for months because I misplaced them.

9. Both apps work fine with my Android phone (and tablet) but Smart 3D is far superior.

10. Even using the belt clip I am unable to control the equalizer (frequency control) of the phone.

11. I have removed and reinstalled the app multiple times, cleared bluetooth data, Location services are switched on on your S8, and that the app has permission to use them to no availFailing to show both aids linked.

1. Fix ReSound Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ReSound Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ReSound Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ReSound Control" » Open ReSound Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ReSound Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ReSound Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ReSound Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ReSound Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ReSound Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ReSound Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ReSound Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ReSound Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ReSound Control not working

2. Fix ReSound Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ReSound Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ReSound Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ReSound Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
