Tenant Rental Record Customer Insights

1. A nice formatted export of each tenants yearly or 6 month reports... Hope that makes sense...Would have been better if it had options like sorting of tenants, to be collected rental value & collected rental value for easy overview, mobile number integration for sending reminders.

2. It will be great if we can use nepali date and if possible add one more column for expenses which will deduct from total amount because sometime tenant paid for repairs and other things and one more section for store documents such as photo, contract paper and ID.

3. Also tanent if full details can be entered in app with photo. The app is great overall but too much ads ...i am ready to pay for the app to remove ads please give the solution for removing the ads its too annoying....otherwise its a great app for rental records....provide the option to remove ads and will rate it 5 star ...for now i will rate 4 starI need one help.

4. And a landlord will easily maintain the security deposit record of an tenant.Good App, It would be more better if options are provided of automatic bill generation depending upon date of entry of tenant.

5. Would be nice for a reports section to export into ghseet or excel... Report of each tenant to print basically or to transfer to the PC or Google Sheets for record keeping on the cloud.

6. For example a Security deposit is paid by Tenant which is a one time payment so, it does not add to the bill every month.

7. Very useful for landlords that need a simple means to maintain records on: tenants, amenities, addresses, buildings or properties, income, and even past tenants.

8. That's one can choose any of the options - monthly/half yearly/yearly.I like ur app, I request u to add feature of wheter a payment is a monthly, weekly or yearly.

9. Helpful UI for maintaining tenant's details and their rental bills etc. Finally i got what i am looking for, thank you man.

10. It sounds so much more complicated than it is; I'd highly recommend it to someone new to having various rentals, elderly, or someone not tech savvy.very good for keeping track of rents.

11. It will serve more options if the payment of bills could be made half yearly and also yearly.
