1. The app is just a placebo measure with no tangible benefits.When they updated it, it kept loading so I uninstalled it and installed it again and now it works! I always use it to request maintenance and it's very nice! You can choose the date and time and the technicians show up.
2. If they paid little more they would get better product.Worst app... No useful.....waste of time...Just they want to make a money from this app... Please friends don't download... If you have complient, just send a email to them and keep the record....Being a tenant, its the worst.
3. I really do like their offer aside from no commission their maintenance are really great that they take action ASAP.Keep hanging and we have to remove and re install every time.
4. And of course you need to take leave from work during every visit from maintenance team since their timing is 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

6. Maintenance tickets take weeks to resolve (most times it takes more than a month to resolve).
7. Tenants are not informed of maintenance visits in advance, or at all.
8. I like the way she assist her customer such as going along with us to show all available flats so that we can choose where we are comfortable and processing of our applications.
9. I have called, emailed my maintenance query several times to you guys.
10. Maintenance does not take place during the selected slot.
11. The app is meant to be an issue management and resolution tool for tenants to communicate with management.
