1. Not to mention there is no option to manually select airport as if they thought our App is smart enough to locate, well Guess again.App shows nearest airport at startup and freezes there.

2. And I suspect the Airbus dinosaur has wasted millions to have this non-functioning junk developed.Doesn't seem to be working anymore in 2022.

3. The view of the cabin and AC is great, but for a look around, you need to physically move your phone around the room, whereas I should be able to scroll using fingers to view the inside of the cabin and AC, especially when not using VR.

4. By not allowing location access, it defaulted the location at London, and I couldn't browse the routes from elsewhere other than London.

5. how can some book a trip if you cant able to locate their airport.

6. Hopefully these basic features are ironed out in next few updates.I love A380s and would love to fully utilise this app.

8. Used it sometime before the pandemic when it was still fine.Issues to fly from Melbourne Tullamarine has been fixed.

9. Nice interface, but lacks basic functionality.

10. Unfortunately it doesn't even allow you to input a starting destination.

11. Maybe this apps full functionality is limited to a handful of countries.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iflyA380 Issues

1. Fix iflyA380 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iflyA380: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iflyA380 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iflyA380" » Open iflyA380 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iflyA380 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iflyA380 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iflyA380 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iflyA380" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iflyA380 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iflyA380 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iflyA380. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iflyA380 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iflyA380 not working


2. Fix iflyA380 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iflyA380 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iflyA380 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iflyA380 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
