It's constantly logging off Once you check in, if you want to change your seat, it gives you an error It doesn't send the boarding pass to your whatsapp It does not allow me to use my credit card as it does not recognize the CVV I need to keep adding my trips, and once checked, I lose access to it Tried customer service... They don't correct the bugs.The worst experience ever, it's almost impossible to update or change anything on the flight, nothing works , I select so many times then confirm the change and it doesn't happen.The application is good in some aspects.

My luggage is broken and they keep asking for Sam photos again and again (passport, photo of the suitcase...)Very bad experience even they can cancel your ticket after being issued without being informed and you get to know it at the airport, hope this would be first n last experience..... non proffesional.....They're not professional airlines and very commercial.

3. Never ever use this app and airline!!! I had a terrible experience with them.Had to restart the booking process several times, the UI is so confusing, minor changes to the booking require redoing everything.App doesn't remember my flights do everytime it needs booking coda again and again.

4. So,I am looking for feedback about this incident.I booked online ticket using this app khi to dubai but when I ask for ok to board its take my 2 days i semt 3 email they were asking for undertaking.

11. The baggage is durable and expensive and Samsonite brand.So,to have such dent and damage in the body of the bag,there should be mishandling of the baggage.

1. Fix flydubai Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart flydubai: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the flydubai App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "flydubai" » Open flydubai » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for flydubai » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear flydubai app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from flydubai servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "flydubai" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check flydubai app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, flydubai might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall flydubai. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall flydubai then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing flydubai not working

2. Fix flydubai Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make flydubai be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to flydubai not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, flydubai may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
