1. Still the parcel is not showing any update and the delivery agent keep on delaying the product.I dont know what happened to my nykaa account but everything got WASHED OUT!!! It has become completely a new account now!! I have ordered many things in the past and have been using nykaa since 2018 but there is no info left!!! The account shows no saved items in the wishlist, no saved addresses, no saved payment methods, no reviews or reward points & no previous ordered items from the past!!!! I have also tried talking to customer service but it is of no use!!! There is no data left at all!!!Nykaa has started delivery fake product.

Nykaa has never disappointed me, I guess it's been almost 5 years since I'm using this app now & recommended it to almost all my friends and cousins and even they are so happy!! 4. Time to Uninstall and tweet !I have been using nykaa app since past 6-7 years but now the trust has been in vain they are not helping with the product delivery.

1. Fix Nykaa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nykaa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nykaa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nykaa" » Open Nykaa - Beauty Shopping App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nykaa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nykaa - Beauty Shopping App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nykaa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nykaa - Beauty Shopping App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nykaa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nykaa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nykaa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nykaa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nykaa not working

2. Fix Nykaa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nykaa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nykaa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nykaa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
