I am thrilled to be able to enjoy sephora online since my continuous visits to the store sometimes are hard to do.Horrible, wasn't even like the shop I was looking for lip gloss and there was two ONLY, it was laggy and I was apparently in Saudi Arabia and it asked to take a video of me I declined and refused to not, anyway please do fix these bugs sephora not enjoyable please fix these you responded to other people's and said you will fix it, you didn't fix a thing please do I was so exited to use this not it was a waste of data I'm very angry please fix thisI lost my points without receiving anything on it.

2. May not seem like a big deal but what's the whole point of a loyalty program right? My points on the website don't tally with the points on the app.. I can't even reach anyone in support.Nice aap, just got my percel today, but little bit disappointed foundation pump is not working, it's very hard for me to go through return back process, and all , order should be checked before delivery it's good for customer satisfaction.I could not shop, immediately crashed every time I used it.Won't sign in.
