Why should I report an Issue with Focus - Picture Gallery?

This app in particular: -no folder exclusion at all -no album pinning -unconventional view mixing camera roll ("recents") and folder view, which sucks surprisingly bad, particularly with no exclusion -doesn't animate gifs in gallery -relatively slow to load, render, refresh -horrible UI, wasting screen space everywhere, rigid -seriously, why make the UI like this -this is masochism -this is not designed for phones, maybe tablets? -but no, literally 20-25% of my screen right now is empty when I have thousands of pictures and dozens of folders -Focus Go, a variant with even fewer features, has a description calling Focus "filled with features" which blows my mind -when you find an actual feature, it is wholly behind a paywall so you can't even get a taste anywayBought the premium version for custom photo tagging.

2. I really loved this app and I made it my primary photo gallery app but now I am forced to replace it due to glitches.Tested: Memoria Photo Gallery, Simple Gallery, A+ Gallery, Focus - Picture Gallery and F-Stop Gallery.

I wouls give 5 Stars, but..: The app has minor issues like: - not optimized with infinity-display screen ratios - no "all-photos-in-one-album" place like on iOS - or simple speed optimization The app was last updated in 2016 - very sad! Would love to buy PRO but not without an active developerWhile a wonderful idea, as of writing the app is entirely broken.

4. I noticed these glitches when I just recently start using it as an organizer photo gallery and maximizing on all the features and then I started noticing all the glitches.

5. If only it worked.Just keep the default Android gallery - this one does NOT show you all the pics in your storage (e.g. had one album with a 1k images in it, but this app barely showed 100.

6. Not sure why this app is here since it actually does less than the default gallery.Great but has started placing all my photos in December 1969 xD I know it's an older app but come on now, that's a weird bug.

7. on a positive note, at least when he delete in one location at pictures not deleted globally, as it is with the native Android gallery app.

10. Entering into the tags selection view makes your image turn black until you're done tagging... So many bugs.

11. But it hasn't happened in years.Is this a joke?? The app did not do anything, i pressed the buttons and it had NO feature for focusing only sharing the pic and cpl others that do NOTHING.

1. Fix Focus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Focus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Focus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Focus" » Open Focus - Picture Gallery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Focus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Focus - Picture Gallery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Focus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Focus - Picture Gallery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Focus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Focus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Focus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Focus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Focus not working

2. Fix Focus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Focus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Focus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Focus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
