1. I get tickets with different products that have different VAT.. it be cool to be able to introduce more details in the cost...Extreemly annoying, I'm used to the iPhone app where it automatically detects the receipt and the corners.

2. The OCR portion always chooses the"subtotal" section of the receipt, causing me to always have to verify my receipts and hunt for the actual total.

3. This means that I need to get a calculator to determine the ex GST price so that foreceipt can calculate the GST and show the price that is on the receipt.

4. However an Android it just takes a full picture of the screen and you have to manually adjust it on the receipt.

1. Fix Foreceipt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Foreceipt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Foreceipt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Foreceipt" » Open Foreceipt - Legacy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Foreceipt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Foreceipt - Legacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Foreceipt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Foreceipt - Legacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Foreceipt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Foreceipt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Foreceipt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Foreceipt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Foreceipt not working

2. Fix Foreceipt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Foreceipt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Foreceipt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Foreceipt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
