1. This's TOO FRUSTRATING NOW!!No matter what, whenever you try to hit submit payment a little zoom in and zoom out button appears right over the button you need to press in order to submit it making it impossible.App won't allow me to log on to see my bill or even pay.

2. Art this point it's just another useless app on my phone.Cannot login, after the latest update my android has the login screen pop up and then disappears before you can log in.

3. Whenever I change my login password, and I try to immediately login afterwards, it gives me an error message saying that my password is invalid.

4. It still blinks off and on but not totally useless.I just downloaded this app since I moved to a new address, it won't allow me to pay online shoot it barely does anything.

7. After several tries, the app could find me via account number and zip code... But then would not load the bill.

8. The website on my pc stopped letting me log in a few days ago.This app isn't accepting my fingerprint credentials anymore.

9. Very useless app now.It won't let me make a payment using this app and if course I get the well it's you not me type of response.

1. Fix FayPWC App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FayPWC App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FayPWC App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FayPWC App" » Open FayPWC App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FayPWC App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FayPWC App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FayPWC App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FayPWC App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FayPWC App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FayPWC App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FayPWC App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FayPWC App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FayPWC App not working
