The only way I can Pay my monthly bill is to call ! this can take forever sometimes, I dont have the time for this and pay my bill when I DO have time which makes me late every month ! I tell them about this every month, but they apparently don't care.

3. I will leave it on my phone as it may help me find covered care in an out of town emergency and it does give you access to your card without digging through your wallet, but I doubt I will find use for the app.Horrible App.
4. Called today and they have no clue what is wrong.App lets me login, but constantly shows "loading error, tap to retry." I can see generic info for my plan, but can't do anything.
5. Based on my knowledge of programming you have something set to nothing that needs to be equal to something to get the fingerprint to work.I downloaded the app to be able to access what my costs are, what I am covered for.
6. Logging in is literally worse than pulling teeth (I am at the dentist.) Trying to type in the Username duplicates letters at random, then when you try to delete it also skips around and deletes at random.

8. Excellus should be ashamed to put out an app with such basic problems.You have a software issue when it comes to allowing a user to use their finger print.
9. I set up my account and couldn't even log in so I called was told I had to wait for my active insurance day so I did and guess what.....still didn't work.
10. The on line site gives me the correct information for the plan I am paying for but the app does not.
11. If the app developers aren't in charge of the website then please, at least pass the message along.This app is garbage.
