1. I've been a Premiums user since 2009! This app as well as the web version are way to slow and glitchy, take forever to load, have lost any ability to use Audio files (they won't play back - known issue that Evernote will not address), and now I cannot upload images, I have to use the Attachment button.

2. Guess I need to find another appA great app gone to waste... My notes don't save correctly, offline notes can't be edited while offline, completed tasks leave a blank space on the home screen widget, no handwriting capabilities, and seemingly no motivation to fix any of it.

3. Lost 3 years worth of notes when trying to cut a section out and paste in a separate note because you can't "undo" an action once the note is saved.

4. Keep your trash.I've used Evernote for years and it's always been awful with the features like insert link and copy/paste.

5. It is a nice app, but I would suggest taking precautions to make sure your work does not get erased.I've been using this app for almost 10 years.

11. I've un-installed and reinstalled the app, and it's not the Evernote that I loved and recommended to countless others over the years.

1. Fix Evernote Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Evernote: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Evernote App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Evernote" » Open Evernote - Note Organizer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Evernote » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Evernote - Note Organizer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Evernote servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Evernote - Note Organizer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Evernote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Evernote might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Evernote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Evernote then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Evernote not working

2. Fix Evernote Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Evernote be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Evernote not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Evernote may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
