1. Since the last update the single most important feature My Trip/Check in, which lets you check your upcoming trips and do mobile check-in stopped working.

2. Also, when it used to work, if you get a mobile boarding pass before a gate was assigned for your flight, the gate would be left blank even after a gate became available later.

3. I have not tried too many airline apps, but this is for sure the least useful one.This app is a big help in managing my first EVA booking for three people on two tickets.

4. Can managed to open for 3 seconds then the apps close on its own.. Attempted so many time, but to no avail.. so frustrating, Im about to take my flight in 3 hours.

5. Just try contacting them this week to change a flight 😂 Can't use the app to change flights for a bagaage restriction.

6. The one problem was that it started giving me a flood of notifications to check in for my flight, which is four months off.

7. I found and installed an earlier version and that works.This was a good app and then it stopped working can't even open it without crashing.

8. I'm not going to take out my laptop everytime I need to book a flight.

9. So I turned them off.Unusable. Constantly shows message "Network is unstable" What the hell does that even mean? I've never seen that message before in 40 years of using computers.

10. Their web page is out of date with numbers that don't exist and a customer service department that is really quite useless.

11. Too bad, I love EVA air, but not being able to book flights from my phone is a deal breaker.

1. Fix EVA AIR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EVA AIR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EVA AIR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EVA AIR" » Open EVA AIR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EVA AIR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EVA AIR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EVA AIR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EVA AIR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EVA AIR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EVA AIR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EVA AIR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EVA AIR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EVA AIR not working

2. Fix EVA AIR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EVA AIR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EVA AIR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EVA AIR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
