Thank you! 😊Very worst experience ,tried to book slots more than 30 times but even after filling the whole details ,getting error messages at the end which leads to do the process from the start.wait time was more than 6-7 minutes,by that time we are missing the slots availability.because of this we are not able to book the ticketsWorst app.

2. I was trying from the time there were 1100 tickets available but was not able to book even a single ticket.. Please fix this functionality.Namo Venkateshay!! The application is very slow, it takes 7-10 mins to load the main screen.

3. It's keeping us on virtual Q and the time we select the slot and enter the details and go to payment then will show error 🙏😔I was trying to add attachment for senior citizen ticket booking, instead of adding attachment, the app got restarted multiple times.

4. Worst app functionality ever, after logging in I had to wait in queue for 6min or so and after logging in and selecting the darshan tickets and clicking on next to proceed for payment selection page, it says "Slot was just booked by another piligrim, please try again or book another slot".

5. I feel very bad experience with this ttd app, please don't believe this app when srivari darshanam quota are released Thanks.In app all booking screen's having issue content present in the edges not visible & not able to select the option.

Please check on this issueI was booking srivari kalyanam ticket through TTD app it's not accepting my application I check where is mistake it's always asking country and state name I fill perfect booking application for several times on 22-06-2023 but it not accepted my application, same reason it's showing.

1. Fix TTDevasthanams Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TTDevasthanams: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TTDevasthanams App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TTDevasthanams" » Open TTDevasthanams » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TTDevasthanams » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TTDevasthanams app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TTDevasthanams servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TTDevasthanams" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TTDevasthanams app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TTDevasthanams might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TTDevasthanams. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TTDevasthanams then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TTDevasthanams not working

2. Fix TTDevasthanams Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TTDevasthanams be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TTDevasthanams not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TTDevasthanams may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
