1. I had to paste this into the app.App needs alot of work, I can see it as long as the environment around me isn't bright (even with my phone's brightness all the way up), 9/10 it isn't accurate on where the busses are in my area, and it crashes often on me.

2. It helps us to plan better and to achieve our daily schedules..not 10min early or 10min behind.I have installed and then uninstall it and then reinstall it just so when I am outside in the sunlight it gets too dim on the light of the map, routes and times for every bus.

3. Suddenly, today, I'm trying to get home from work and the app now crashes after ~2 seconds every single time I open it, 100% of the time.

4. Been using this app for almost two years, it crashes almost constantly and it almost never shows the actual position of buses.

5. I can see it in the apartment or store but once outside in the sunlight with the light on my phone turned all the way bright still can't see anything just barely can see something but I can't ever make out any of it when I'm outside in the bright sunlight.

7. The busses are on time with what their published schedules say, but this app shows them being very late.

1. Fix ETA SPOT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ETA SPOT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ETA SPOT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ETA SPOT" » Open ETA SPOT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ETA SPOT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ETA SPOT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ETA SPOT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ETA SPOT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ETA SPOT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ETA SPOT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ETA SPOT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ETA SPOT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ETA SPOT not working

2. Fix ETA SPOT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ETA SPOT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ETA SPOT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ETA SPOT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
