Unfortunately, the vendor refused to delete my personal data and credit card information, referring to their terms and conditions under which they reserve the right to keep that data indefinitely.Good app not too difficult to use, just you pay expecting you can ridw the bike at anytime, but you can only ride from 6 am to 11pm which i find not practical because if you're on a night out you wont be able to use it on the way back.You must have data plan ON with your cellphone, Blue tooth must be ON and then you can rent the bike.

2. Tried to enter bike number says app needs to close now cannot rent a bike worked fine before now dead.It was working pretty good untill they charged me extra 10 dollars for no good reason when I was following the rules.

Mexican extortion.If you forget to "finish" the ride in the app, it will cost you mor than the year subscription... even if you physically locked up the bike (which means that they know that you finished using it AND others can rent it while you are payng -> So, two people would be paying for one bike simulateneously.

4. They charged me 500 peso because I forgot to push "end" in the app and as a result the bike was "rented" for 7 hours.Works great! Easy and intuitive.

5. Bikes are excellent and super high quality.I tried to delete my account and have the vendor confirm the deletion of my personal data.

6. I created an account, paid quickly and rented a bike without a hitch.

7. We all have the same bad experience...They often charge you $150 pesos for perfectly normal trips that are supposed to be free with your paid membership or they say your trip never ended and charge you.

8. U don't find out you were charged until you try to activate a bike again.

9. I explained to them and they not dropping charge So I'm going drop this seviceI took bicycle for whole day, but i was charged $120 for exceeding 30 min.

1. Fix Biciplaya Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Biciplaya: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Biciplaya App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Biciplaya" » Open Biciplaya: Renta de bicicletas » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Biciplaya » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Biciplaya: Renta de bicicletas app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Biciplaya servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Biciplaya: Renta de bicicletas" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Biciplaya app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Biciplaya might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Biciplaya. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Biciplaya then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Biciplaya not working

2. Fix Biciplaya Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Biciplaya be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Biciplaya not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Biciplaya may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
