1. The last five times have been bad experiences with either poor directions to the garage, the garage changes location between booking and arriving, or getting locked out of the building to access the elevator to the parking levels.
2. Poor design.I was considering using this app, found a lot that looked good, but I looked at it on Google street view and could see the lot is currently a construction site and hasn't been a parking lot for at least 3 years.
3. Depending on the customers location and check in time for the spot, a text with traffic times to leave early would be nice.
4. 2 days later they offer to look into compensation if i have receipt from scanner at garage?!? So... nothing.Terrible. (1) I needed to scan the QR code in the app to enter AND exit the garage.
5. Also, make sure your scanning the SPOTHERO area at the booth and taking time to read what's on screen or else you can end up paying double.
6. At this point, scanner says reservation doesn't exist and that I'd have to pay for "lost ticket" in order to exit.
7. The band didn't get on until about 9 pm and my reservation ended at 10 pm with no ability to adjust the checkout time.
8. If it says take the ticket, do it and take a pic so you have it ready.Everything is great, but it doesn't let you filter for in/out availability.
9. Edit: Eventually received a response that had no relevance to my questionI used this app to reserve a spot a few blocks away from my favorite band's show.
10. Overall, it's Great.I am so happy I found this app! I have been using it for about a year now and have told many friends about it.
11. (2) The app charged me $12 + Fees for a limited number of hours, but when we arrived the garage had a $10 all-day flat rate.
