Even though i provide every details it asked, still saying change ur username and try again.Nice app, It would be better if you change the caption "Create Free Account" by "Create Account" the word "Free" signals trial, a paid version, and makes division of class between equal users.Endet nachew Good idea, I just don't get how the Equb points work? If it is meant to work as a trust score why do people get points for signing up and referring people?? I have a bad feeling people will use this referral point system to get good profiles and trick people.

For a platform that relies on trust and security it’s a real shame that IDs aren’t checked (I wanted to test it's safety first so I used a picture of a dog for my government ID) – this makes it really easy to create multiple accounts and cheat the system and steal money.The application needs to be updated in my opinion.

3. Overall, its a great start!The idea is great but the signup page asks a lot which would be linked to user's phone number.

4. A better formulated privacy policy and a demo scenario to see how the app functions without giving all personal information would be nice.I have experience on ekub, the first thing there is no means to contact the developer inside the app.

5. It count down the time and said try again ....it is really hard to catch up the app.The app doesn't send the OTP code to the mobile number and the" still haven't received the code" Buttons doesn't work.

1. Fix eQUB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart eQUB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the eQUB App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eQUB" » Open eQUB » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eQUB » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear eQUB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eQUB servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eQUB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check eQUB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eQUB might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall eQUB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eQUB then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eQUB not working

2. Fix eQUB Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eQUB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eQUB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eQUB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
