1. I really didn't want to drop my review but since I literally can't use it I have no choice Update 2/22 - version 1.11 fixes the crashes! Finally! Good work devs! 5 stars!For those facing Error 401, use the "forgot password" form.

2. (Unless you didn't create a new wallet the first time, then just make a new one and import your external wallets later) After that, it will work just fine.

3. Update: attempted to Uninstall and reinstall and back to the network connection issue.I have now registered and im able to log into the app however it's still slow and glitchy running on the Eth test net.

4. The only way I can get it to open is by navigating to the list of apps that are running in the background, tapping on the icon on the top, and then selecting to open in split screen view.

5. I have uninstalled & re-installed many times, cleared my cache, read about fixes, & updated to current version but still can't sign in.

6. After I got mine account setup it would just crash the app everytime I tried to log in but I just went to saitamask app and clear the data and cache.

1. Fix SaitaMask Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SaitaMask: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SaitaMask App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SaitaMask" » Open SaitaMask » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SaitaMask » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SaitaMask app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SaitaMask servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SaitaMask" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SaitaMask app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SaitaMask might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SaitaMask. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SaitaMask then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SaitaMask not working

2. Fix SaitaMask Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SaitaMask be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SaitaMask not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SaitaMask may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
