1. Please fix it.This upgrade has an error and cannot be accessedI transfer bill from atom but after the 10 hour .I can't get my bill I contact to the MytalPay center but not get any helpuseless application because my device version 6.1 not supported.Nice.This app is very comfortable and useful.It's good to use this app, But you should not change the data and points when there are difficulties and troubles from all sides.

2. I transferred bill from KBZ mobile banking to Mytel pay.But, about 10 hours later, I don't get mytel pay bill yet.I contact mytel pay service center but I don't get any help.Agents can never be contacted.In Xiaomi device, it was always force close after filling OTP.

3. Hay tell me what your doing ...your app is bad performance.you are request me to upgrade level 2.But ,I don”t upgrade by anyway.Your application evertime show error.It is not success with national ID or Passport.Very poor service.Less chance to get good rewards.

4. Hay mytel pay I have super review for your you app is very badly you should know about your app always have error and today I can't login in my account why firstly I caush in package in mytel pay your center don't send OTP yet.

5. I trying often back to send OTP code and I update your app and I can't login in this app .

6. It takes too much time for unreliable rewards.So many errors.

7. We would recommend going back to normal.

8. More commercial and less responsibility.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MytelPay Issues

1. Fix MytelPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MytelPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MytelPay App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MytelPay" » Open MytelPay » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MytelPay » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MytelPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MytelPay servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MytelPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MytelPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MytelPay might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MytelPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MytelPay then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MytelPay not working


2. Fix MytelPay Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MytelPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MytelPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MytelPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • dear mytelpay developer,i have used my account with false name before registration.so to make an authetic registration for my account,i have to delete my account because the registration attempt message is showing in the app over time.That's why humbly I want you to delete my account to restart the registration again.
