1. I open the app to get the authenticator code from my phones app menu, and I get an "add an account" screen... But once I've logged in using the phone browser and go to set up the authenticator, it takes me to the expected page and my settings say I'm already set up! I also have a menu option and all sorts of things... This app is broken.In a journey like a tortoise to the perfection of my dreams I am starting to add one more dream.

Thanks to "Adobe as a layout master" of which features can even be experienced on Google slides.Very happy with this app, it really has been a relief, keeping up with maybe 75 password and with 15 of them being my email accounts can really be a problem 😕 but this app truly has taken the stress out of u his app.

4. Nothing, simply uninstall my debt to Adobe which is in the form of a software installed on my PC... ONLY to dream bigger from the same Adobe which is cloud inclusive.

5. When finally able to get into my account I can't turn off the authenticator without the two step verification I can't log into in order to change.

9. Wish there were a lot more like it.The app won't sign me in to my account and all it does is ask for a QR code I don't have.

10. But Instruction is not well written for me and others to undestand.They want me to scan a QR code.

1. Fix Adobe Authenticator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Adobe Authenticator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Adobe Authenticator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Adobe Authenticator" » Open Adobe Authenticator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Adobe Authenticator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Adobe Authenticator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Adobe Authenticator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Adobe Authenticator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Adobe Authenticator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Adobe Authenticator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Authenticator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Adobe Authenticator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Adobe Authenticator not working

2. Fix Adobe Authenticator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Adobe Authenticator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Adobe Authenticator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Adobe Authenticator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
