Always seems to be updating tool boxes and won't let observations be added while updatingI use this software all day, everyday but unfortunately due to the mobile app defaulting to line manager instead of allowing the operator to decide, I have to collate all the infor first, walk to an office and the login on a laptop to do exactly what I could've already have done out and about if it allowed you to choose the person responsible! This needs fixing guys, and then the app will be great!!This app is terrible, as is the system.

3. Do yourself a favour and invest in Synergi.always showing "unable to connect to server"... I used the app for two years but not satisfied due to likewise issues... now I have installed on my new device & can't get started also...Significant battery usage despite background usage disabled.

1. Fix Enablon Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Enablon Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Enablon Go App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Enablon Go" » Open Enablon Go » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Enablon Go » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Enablon Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Enablon Go servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Enablon Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Enablon Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Enablon Go might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Enablon Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Enablon Go then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Enablon Go not working

2. Fix Enablon Go Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Enablon Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Enablon Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Enablon Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
