1. Thank youDownload the app scanned like 5 items none were found then I read through the other reviews and I 100% agree that this app is basically an online gamestop where they try to scam the uneducated collectors buy buying toys pennies on the dollar then selling a lot higher for profit!Sometimes the barcode scanner freezes and takes a long time to load, but otherwise I found it better than other companies' you selling apps.
2. I hope the rest of this process is just as smooth and easy and I am hoping with all my might that the toys that have no barcode and are already opened will be as easy too !!Very fare prices and excellent customer service.
3. I'm used to Great customer service in my line of work, something this company lacks, hence the -2 stars in review. This app is mad legit if your looking to sell any sort of toys.
4. I understand they need to make a profit, but the prices they offer make this reek of the old "Gamestop scam" (buying from the unbeknownst for pennies on the dollar). This app is a waste of time and energy.
5. While not every UPC code I scanned was initially recognized, the staff that appraises the collection were able to piece it together completely and gave me a fair price for what I sold.
6. I uploaded my list and within 3 days I got a quote, I accepted and finalized the offer send was sent a shipping label for free shipping.
7. Things move a little slower, but think about it, nothing moves fast when selling oddity items like toys.
8. I had to send a separate email after not hearing back to get a response that they are not interested in the collection of TY toys I have.
9. I scanned a set of some brand new (still in box) toys that are going for $40 - $180/ea.
10. Other collectors I've reached out to in the past on other items have recommended who they know that would be interested but not this company.
11. The app also has a collection tracker element to it which is also useful to help organize and keep track of one's collection. This is ridiculous.
