Sometimes , it's difficult to input shipping number, as the system showing '...failed, try again later...' it wouldn't be a problem if customer services work on weekend, on the contrary, the delivery services only give 2 days, so, it would be trouble if shipping number failed, while the orders occur on weekend, please fix it, as this is so annoyingThe WORST ecommerce apps ever! Hard to input tracking numbers, always error and the notification appears in chinese characters, come on..Not everyone understand chinese alphabets.
2. I don't know is it because not compatible with my phone or the app actually poor quality.No notification for new order, no notification for new chat from customer.. Then I loose all order User interface less friendly, not functioning properlyAfter updated to newest update, can't open it at all.
3. Seriously, if it takes so much time for every single thing, when are we going to start selling? Waste of time!The app is not yet ready to launch ,i guess .
4. This apps really needs improvement, otherwise will left behind soonIt's hard to type a messages, always said wrong parameters, and keep restart or stop function or can't type anything.
5. And they give the wrong shipping fee ,i become a seller to receive gain not loss .
6. Linking their API to stock management app takes 1 week, but fact it took over a month.
7. The service from customer service takes really long time.
8. Uploaded product need to be checked, and it will take 2 days, However my goods were not cleared even after a week.
9. not recommended to become seller in jd id.Oh mann... This app isn't ready yet for seller.
10. JDID please launch your app after you finished it.Forced closed this app when I launch it.
