On meeting and she's not doing anything even I send more than 30 email but all answers just wait and sorry I really don't know until when I should wait Even I can't find any person on this auction he can helI wish if there is 0 star to mark, the reasons are many but they most important is the delay from the seller (Because Emirates Auction team don't chase with the seller to approve from his side) and eventually your deposit will remain stucked for months.

Good luckIt's so bad auction I bought one car before 7 months and every week they said this week but nothing even money they make drama and they don't want return back I can't find one person responsible they give me one number for lady they said she's manager but she's not helping at all always I.

3. Really disappointed ☹️ and i will not recommend anyone to bid through Emirates Auction.Really Disappointed...I am waiting sicnce 2 months to get the documents of the car.. A lot of follow up mails and calls but still failed to get the documents.

7. It might take months,till that time your deposit money will be blocked.

1. Restart Emirates Auction: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Emirates Auction App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Emirates Auction" » Open Emirates Auction » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Emirates Auction » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Emirates Auction app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Emirates Auction servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Emirates Auction" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Emirates Auction app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Emirates Auction might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Emirates Auction. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Emirates Auction then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Emirates Auction not working
