1. Also when you select the filters sometimes it does filter and MOST of the times it won't, for example you filter "buy now" and "run and drive" and then it shows only run and drive but not the buy now, or the other way around so you have to shut down and open the app like 5 times to make it workHorrible experience, I bought 2 cars here, they have fees for everything they can think of, I end up paying almost double my final bid, the forklift driver mess up the bottom side of the engine of one of the cars, and the other car had missing parts that were there before, they take no responsibility for anything, when I called they were rude and inconsiderate of my frustration, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy here. This app is very user-friendly compared to other similar apps I've used and everything works as advertised.
2. Other than that, I love the ability to bid on cars all over the country,,,, pleaseTo all of the users complaining about the auction list just looping back to the same cars, you can avoid that by scrolling all the way down to the last car, then work back to the top.
3. Other than that, I love the ability to bid on cars all over the country.Horrible unstable app, if you let your phone screen turn off or switch the app lets say to answer a text message and then you come back to the app your search is gone and you have to start from scratch.
4. To all of the users complaining about the auction list just looping back to the same cars, you can avoid that by scrolling all the way down to the last car, then work back to the top.
5. Lots of cars to choose from and there's the ability to see cars that will eventually be on auction months from now, which gives people/dealers time to prepare for the chance to win those cars in auction. They would get more business if their app wasn't so flawed.
6. UPDATE one month of use later: app is almost unusable! The search feature is useless, the filter function is useless, if you browse through more than 3 items in the search results the list gets reset.
7. To the company/ developers, the app is slow, the above referenced problem is very annoying, and the live bidding response is too slow to be really effective.
8. To the company/ developers, the app is slow, the above referenced problem is very annoying, and the live bidding response is too slow to be really effective.
9. Tried with clearing cache also but doesn't help. The app overall is good, design-wise, it's very solid BUT the memory management is just terrible! The app will more often than not forget my entire filter when i try to go back from an item back to the list.
10. Period!App is crashing all the time on galaxy s22 & s10e, System msg is "This app has a bug, please open after the update and fix from developer".
11. This auction has far too many risks for a buyer that they need to cut a deal.Your search really sucks.
