1. I'm using the old phone untill it dies at that point I'll stop using auctiontime.Not user friendly cant search by category just by ascending or descendingUpdate SUCKS! I have bought several items throughout the past 5 yrs through this app with no issue.

3. This app is useless no convenient way to find equipment near you or any other filter you would like to apply.Sucks this app only let's you look at very small portion than freezes up gets stuck and it will be like that till you close it.

4. Searches are hit and miss.freezes up sometimes, searching for small items is challengingI had to download the new version when I bought my new phone.

5. Just a shame in 2020 people can't have a app that's capable of doing what it's supposed to do.Has to be one of the glitchiest apps of all time.

1. Fix AuctionTime Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AuctionTime: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AuctionTime App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AuctionTime" » Open AuctionTime » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AuctionTime » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AuctionTime app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AuctionTime servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AuctionTime" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AuctionTime app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AuctionTime might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AuctionTime. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AuctionTime then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AuctionTime not working

2. Fix AuctionTime Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AuctionTime be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AuctionTime not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AuctionTime may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
