1. flight when you break hard if you could put in a notation like child ran in front of car or how to stop someone turn without blinker.that's the only complaint otherwise in that it's the best driving app I've ever used.Bogus app: multiple "speeding" dings, mind you while pulling in/out of parking spots in a parking lot! Contacted them & FINALLY rec'd response informing me their app is "perfect"! Again, in ONE trip 5 more speeding dings, in/out of parking spots in a parking lot.

2. I wasn't sure if it was really going to work but it works great and it's very accurate as far as speed and distance goes.it'd be nice if there was a place you could explain sudden stops.

3. When I stop finding bugs, the missing two stars will be given.This app is superb, even though my keeps optimizing this app and I always need to turn it off, its still a great app.

4. I switched to a new app now, "Drive Safely", it is AWESOME, & oh my gosh, ACCURATE!!! And, yes, not perfect here, couple times over the limit ON THE ROAD, has made me more aware/cautious.This is an OK app - when it works.

5. I put my e-mail address in and password it didn't work, 're set the password still didn't work... I don't know what to do now... PLEASE HELP!!! Please fix my issue and I'll give 5*'s and a better review.

6. Quite disappointing.Edit: apparently this is an issue only I get, so I'm changing my rating to five stars, because otherwise it's great.

7. Please fix this issue, other than that its best driving app I've usedIt's a good app, but has its downfalls.

8. Some silly things happen (6 mph speed limits in parking lots etc.) but easy to appeal and fix.

9. Aside from ridiculous speed limit on some areas (e.g. parking lot), the overall experience is satisfactory and somewhat reliable.

1. Restart DriveSmart | Do you drive?: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DriveSmart | Do you drive? App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DriveSmart | Do you drive?" » Open DriveSmart | Do you drive? » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DriveSmart | Do you drive? » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DriveSmart | Do you drive? app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DriveSmart | Do you drive? servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DriveSmart | Do you drive?" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DriveSmart | Do you drive? app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DriveSmart | Do you drive? might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DriveSmart | Do you drive?. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DriveSmart | Do you drive? then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DriveSmart | Do you drive? not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DriveSmart | Do you drive? be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DriveSmart | Do you drive? not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DriveSmart | Do you drive? may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
