SeeYou Navigator Customer Insights

1. Very annoying and I can't imagine this happening in the middle of the flight.The sign-up with email or Google is still broken ! Can't post another review, so just wanted to add - no apology necessary, I think the s/w has great potential and it obviously works for some people.

2. A mute button for the vario- when using the phone as a backup instrument need a quick option to turn on off the audio when needed.

3. Finally, is good Naviter understood the need to be more client oriented, offering an Android app., increasing the SeeYou family.

4. A camera button - sometimes I use the phone for video & there doesnt seem to be a way of opening the camera without closing the app & loosing the tracklog.Excellent XC companion! Easy to use interface.

5. love this App so fast & intuitive compared to xc track , this could become my main instrument, My wish list missing that I like in xc track.

6. The see you website has excellent tools for planning and analyzing your flights.The idea is good, the design is good.

7. Could not create an account with my Gmail and trying to register with email is also broken.

8. It's a shame that you have to pay quite a large subscription to get live weather info, when that info is available elsewhere for free.In overall the app is very intuitive but since the beginning it crashes multiple times before it can be used.

9. For example the option to show altitude in feet AND meter, or to be able to klick on an airspace and see the frequency.

10. Some useful features (like thermal hot spots, skyways/track logs, Satellite view, web cam's, can see sailplanes on the map).

11. for some reason it doesn't accept my gmail account NOR 'sign in with Google', hope this helps.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SeeYou Navigator Issues

1. Fix SeeYou Navigator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SeeYou Navigator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SeeYou Navigator App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SeeYou Navigator" » Open SeeYou Navigator » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SeeYou Navigator » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SeeYou Navigator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SeeYou Navigator servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SeeYou Navigator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SeeYou Navigator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SeeYou Navigator might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SeeYou Navigator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SeeYou Navigator then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SeeYou Navigator not working


2. Fix SeeYou Navigator Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SeeYou Navigator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SeeYou Navigator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SeeYou Navigator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
