1. Deadly! There is a button for reporting bike failures, but I wouldn't bother trying them again as it took way longer than walking or getting a taxi to find a bike that wasn't out-of-service - plus its hard to use a button in the app if the handlebar breaks off and the phone - or worse, your head - gets smashed in as a result.Guys, if you're going to fine for "illegal parking" by default when I don't take a photo of the (legally parked) bike, you could at least send a notification or let me know the next time I open the app, instead of waiting for me to inspect my trips later on.
2. To the developers, please check Bolt, Lime, Tier, Nextbike or basically any other bike sharing app in Europe on how to make it right. We bought an unlimited pass and it implies wrong expectations.
3. Dropped 2 stars for this. The bike system is convenient when the bikes are functional, but unfortunately it's sometimes impossible to know before paying to begin the ride.
4. Zones where parking was allowed was not explained at beginning so we rode to a spot out of zone and could not "pause" our trip while visiting a spot we wanted to see (after paying for an all day pass).
5. The app also crashed each time I stop a ride around the moment I'm prompted to submit a picture. Was using this service while traveling in Padova and Bologna.
6. Use another bike company.Tried 15 bikes all ahowing available on the map, but out-of-service when actually activated.
7. Very odd.First experience the app just crashed out leaving me unable to end ride.
8. I've done a couple rides and have always been charged about twice as much on my card as the ride valuation shown within the app.
9. Also, I don't understand why the instructions regarding parking fines and the "mandatory photo" are only available in Italian, when the rest of the app is translated to English.
10. I found two bikes not in the location shown on the map, no way to report the error, that was annoying.
11. Towards the end of my first day I'm getting an error that my wallet has reached the upper limit and I can't add money or use the service now.
please can you delete my credit card information, i cant delete and this is not safe for me
I was charged 10.99 but I’m not in a country with ridemovi and I didn’t use one of your bikes
