1. i love the filters especially the old iphone's faded but the real problem is after editing and saving a new edited version of the photo, it reduces too much qualityAll you get is about 5 filters nothing else its stupid to call it an "Editor" if all it does is give you filters i do not recommendperfect, but we will more love this app if you put ios 11 vivid filters as soon as possible🙂When I open the app it's all black and doesn't load at all, I can't do anythingI have found the Fade effect! Thanks to this awesome app.This app sucks.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pix Studio Issues

1. Fix Pix Studio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pix Studio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pix Studio App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pix Studio" » Open Pix Studio - Photo Editor Foto » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pix Studio » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pix Studio - Photo Editor Foto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pix Studio servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pix Studio - Photo Editor Foto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pix Studio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pix Studio might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pix Studio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pix Studio then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pix Studio not working


2. Fix Pix Studio Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pix Studio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pix Studio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pix Studio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
