About TransPix

1. The TransPix application is designed only to transfer images stored on your android device to the FUJIFILM kiosk for further selection and manipulation to assist you in creating stunning personalised products.

2. The TransPix application is designed specifically for sending images from an android device to a FUJIFILM kiosk in a retail store environment without using cables.

3. Note that not all photographic retail stores may support the high speed FUJIFILM TransPix image transfer system, please check with your local store for details.

4. The in-store kiosk can now be used to order high quality FUJIFILM photographic prints or other imaging products using your own images.

5. The selected images will now be transferred over the high speed Wi-Fi network directly to the FUJIFILM kiosk.

10. Once the transfer is complete, you should disconnect from the TransPix Wi-Fi network to resume normal connectivity.

11. Please note that any orders placed on an in-store kiosk will be charged and processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the individual retailer.

1. Must only operate at site of kiosk? Cannot let me use app to prepare the photos to print in advance? Really badly designed app.Rubbish, do not trust app, it uploads a dozen of country flag pictures in your photo library, it takes for ever to display your pictures, pictures are not organised by folders when they are displayed most of all I do not trust this app as I have a feeling they might been sneaking through your photos and copying your photosUseless.

2. @the people who made this app, congrats! Your app is so bad that i spent 5 minutes writing this review, the longest i have ever written.App crashes in the middle of selecting photos, organises photos by time and not file, crashes in the middle of transfer, and just does not work.

3. I factor in this app crashing when I take the time to print photos and it is ridiculous.Rubbish. Does not locate pictures on your phone.

4. Save your time do not go here!Terrible! The screen is blank when its supposed to display photos to transfer.

5. EDIT also does not trasfer pics to kiosk.The single most useless photo transferring app in existence.

6. Tried transferring pictures to a Harvey Norman kiosk, DID NOT WORK.

7. On my phone screen it shows 'files transferred', while on the kiosk it says files are lost or corrupted.

8. Long preview generation of practically all image, including non photos, even when i dont need them.

9. Uploaded photo to Google drive, tethered laptop to phone, downloaded image to laptop, copied to USB stick.

10. Also could not find all the photos on my phone, was very very slow.

11. I'm curious why the app developers remain silent in the face of such woeful feedback.Wow amazing metrics there guys! #3 Top Apps!! Well done, EXCEPT your 2 star user review rating.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TransPix Issues

1. Fix TransPix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TransPix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TransPix App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TransPix" » Open TransPix » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TransPix » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TransPix app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TransPix servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TransPix" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TransPix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TransPix might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TransPix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TransPix then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TransPix not working


2. Fix TransPix Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TransPix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TransPix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TransPix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
