1. The app is really bugged out... It's slow and needs a lot of working out to do... It take forever to open sometimes, and when it does, the top part of the screen displays, but the part where you can earn coins is blank... You can see where it's trying to load, but it never does... But I've figured out that clicking on the notification been, and tapping the notifications, actually causes the home page to finally open up... It should have to be this way, and that needs to be fixed expeditiously...Streaming music, movies and all the social media sites, I can go through 35GB real fast.

2. I no longer get service where I once did, phone is always going into roaming, the app works when it wants to, my data runs out two weeks before my month is up, and now I don't get all of my calls and I have to try calling multiple times before outgoing calls will connect.

3. Plus, there needs to be different games other than bingo,slots, and idle games that take forever to complete.Pros- Been using the app for a few months now.

4. Now, whenever I try to play games and earn the points, it doesn't update my points, but it will only update when I play the spin wheel.

5. Had it happen on 2 separate occasions, once it was going to hit the 5000 point slot, soon as it started to stop on it, error pops up and it makes me respin.

6. Twice I've gotten the $5 credit on the spin the wheel feature and both times the app had "technical issues" causing me to have to reopen the app and spin again to recieve a lesser amount.

7. It's helping me to change my mind regarding my carrier.I've been with Boost Mobile since 2013, and although they were never great they were acceptable.

8. Anytime it's going to stop on any kind of sizeable number, it pops up an error and makes you re-spin.

9. The whole process is just convoluted, this app to manage it is extremely buggy, and the customer service is the absolute bottom of the barrel.

10. The previous app actually let it happen on data, even if services were out, because that's a good way to make money, right? It's slow, sluggish, riddled with pointless extras and ads.

11. I dislike that the app had to update twice this week and lost my progress on a game I was earning points from.

1. Fix Boost Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Boost: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Boost App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Boost" » Open Boost Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Boost » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Boost Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Boost servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Boost Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Boost app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Boost might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Boost. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Boost then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Boost not working

2. Fix Boost Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Boost be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Boost not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Boost may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
