1. But I don't find expiry time of emails in setting.I had an upgrade (that I didn't request) and it screwed up so many features, including my email which I'm now unable to access!!!😡LOW SECURITY! My email service provider refused to allow this app to connect due to substandard security.Is frustrating that we have to wait for adds to load each time logging in.

2. This one does support POP3, but that's the only good thing! Can't set language, but that's fine, but mails older than 1 day mention in the Inbox not the date, but a word translated into Dutch "Bederven" (means Spoil in English....), but mails from February 25 are shown with the correct date......FUNNY!! My HONOR 9X email-app, supports POP3 plus....it assambles/collecs all same kind of senders/companies together.

3. BTW, this app doesn't let you know when a new mail arrived....Useless - Have been trying several email apps to replace one noblonger working.

5. And is not pushing to new emails automatically..Cool and simple user interface but I'm not getting prompt notofication on my phone.

1. Fix Email app Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Email app: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Email app App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Email app" » Open Email app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Email app » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Email app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Email app servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Email app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Email app app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Email app might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Email app. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Email app then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Email app not working

2. Fix Email app Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Email app be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Email app not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Email app may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
