Why should I report an Issue with CallWatch - Boost/Virgin/Sprint Prepaid?

1. I hope that CALLWATCH can do something about those irritating instances.No more unwanted calls from telemarketers or scammers since I downloaded this App & signed a document with my phone service carrier to not sell my information! True Blessing to have my phone back & have calls from family and friends that aren't interrupted with nonsense calls! This App also shows who the names were who have called in the past before I download it.

People complain about the fact that calls are still coming through even though they have the subscription but if you go into the settings if you turn off your post call notifications (which allows you to be notified of missed calls are blocked calls that have come through) then you shouldn't have that issue.

3. Thanks a bunch!Was told to download this because of all the spam scam calls just to have it tell me that it doesn't work with an expanded data pack which I assume means the unlimited service.

4. I'm getting so many calls that I never had a problem with before and I know it's because I installed this app.I love that it allows me to block entire area codes that are harassing.

5. I also agree that this should be a free option but for 24$ a year it isnt that bad for some sanity.DO NOT USE THIS APP TO BLOCK KNOWN NUMBERS! I added this add-on service to block someone I knew who was harassing me.

8. I guess it's just a situational thing when ppl say it doesn't work with boost because mine works as it supposed to 🤷 ♀️Most of the time, callwatch tells me who is calling.

9. I find it funny that people tend to blame the app when they don't take the time to fully understand app and all the functions & settings.Within two hours of installing I received the same telemarketer call I've been getting twice a day for weeks.

10. But there are some instances that I do not know who is calling and they constantly call and block their own numbers, so that I can not block out those.

11. I get the "subscribe to see information" message but when I try to subscribe the app tells me that I have to wait until the 19th when my free trial is over before I can subscribe.

1. Fix CallWatch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CallWatch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CallWatch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CallWatch" » Open CallWatch - Boost/Virgin/Sprint Prepaid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CallWatch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CallWatch - Boost/Virgin/Sprint Prepaid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CallWatch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CallWatch - Boost/Virgin/Sprint Prepaid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CallWatch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CallWatch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CallWatch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CallWatch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CallWatch not working

2. Fix CallWatch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CallWatch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CallWatch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CallWatch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
